Judith Cooley is a certified registered nurse practitioner and a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Brookwood Baptist Health Primary Care in Gardendale, Alabama. As an advanced practice provider, she diagnoses health conditions, develops treatment plans, prescribes medicine and interprets diagnostic tests. With 41 years of experience, Judith provides highly skilled and compassionate care. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Radford University in Virginia and a Master of Science in nursing with a family practice specialty at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
